This will be the first position to integrate our FDM academy, an innovative training program that combines theory, practice and mentoring. You will be part of a best-in-class team with global visibility working closely with a team of experts.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead fast track projects by developing olfactive strategies and vision.
• Draw fragrance diagnostic based on consumer data.
• Lead technical reworks (performance and technical issues).
• Support the daily evaluation activities organizing and leading evaluation sessions.
• Monitor locally olfactive trends and new launches as well as lead brand portfolios and market samples updates.
• Interact with marketing, commercial, consumer insights and laboratory supporting the topics interfaced with each area.

You Bring

• University degree
• Fluent English
• At least intermediate olfactive knowledge
• Analytical and critical thinking, Organization & planning skills, Proactivity, Strategic mindset and Good communication skills
