Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Operation Manager for Customer Service area.

This position functions as the behind-the-scenes force that ensures the smooth operation of the sales engine, directly influencing revenue generation even without direct selling responsibilities. The work performed by Sales Operations Managers involves maintaining functional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, generating insightful reports, establishing efficient workflows, and analyzing performance data, all with the aim of enabling the sales team to concentrate on generating run rate and closing deals.

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable plans
  • Advanced English Skills
  • Advanced Spanish Skills
