Job Description

Estamos em busca de um Analista Sênior WFM para integrar nossa equipe. O profissional será responsável por planejar, monitorar e otimizar a alocação de recursos humanos, garantindo eficiência operacional e atendimento às metas de performance em um ambiente dinâmico e multicanal. Este papel exige fluência em dois idiomas (português e inglês) e habilidades analíticas avançadas para suportar decisões estratégicas.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de planejamento de capacidade e escalonamento de equipes, com base em previsões de demanda.
  • Analisar dados históricos e tendências para criar forecasts precisos de volume de trabalho e necessidades de staffing.
  • Monitorar indicadores de performance (KPIs) como SLA, taxa de ocupação, produtividade e aderência ao cronograma.
  • Colaborar com líderes operacionais para ajustar escalas e turnos, minimizando custos e maximizando a eficiência.
  • Gerar relatórios e dashboards gerenciais em português e inglês, apresentando insights e recomendações.
  • Gerenciar ferramentas de WFM para otimização de processos.
  • Garantir a conformidade com políticas internas e regulamentações trabalhistas.
  • Atuar como ponto de contato em projetos globais, comunicando-se fluentemente em inglês com equipes internacionais.
