We're looking for a motivated and results-driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our
Sales team
in
São Paulo, Brazil
. As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the commercial team in building strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social networks.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct research on target markets and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings and support the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate information in the CRM and follow up on leads consistently.
  • Work together with the Marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve prospecting strategies and conversion rates.

What You Will Bring To The Team

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or business development (experience in B2B or tech sales is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Team spirit and collaboration mindset.
  • Intermediate or higher level of English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
