We are actively seeking a
Director, Innovation Center of Excellence
. This is an office base position in São Paulo, Brazil.

Position Summary
As part of our Rimini Consult group, the
Director, Innovation Center of Excellence
will be responsible for leading a team, designing and delivering customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal technical teams to understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

The role also encompasses providing thought leadership around functional strategies, including overseeing complex CoE project implementations, CoE Product Roadmap Analyses, reviewing and analyzing current system functionality, and have demonstrated a strong ability to analyze and provide guidance to support strategic objectives. He/she will demonstrate professional written and oral communication skills, deep analytical skills, deep functional expertise, solution orientation, strategic thinking, the ability to establish rapport at all levels within the organization, and the ability to drive consensus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative digital solutions and user experience utilizing low-code/no-code platforms like Mendix, OutSystems, etc.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and architect optimal solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, interaction models, and other UX artifacts to effectively communicate solutions.
• Oversee agile development process from design to delivery, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve solutions and exceed user expectations.
• Lead governance processes and provide guidance on best practices for UX and low-code development.
• Mentor and guide junior UX designers and developers.

Desired Experience

• 12+ years of experience in UX design and architecture roles.
• 5+ years working with low-code/no-code development platforms.
• 5+ years of experience leading and directing a team of solution architects
• Experience with the full agile software development lifecycle.
• Delivery record of successful large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design skills.

Desired Skills

• Hands-on experience architecting UX/UI solutions
• Deep knowledge of relevant frameworks and technologies like Adobe, Figma, Lightning.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong strategic and creative problem-solving abilities
• Passion for keeping up with innovations in the UX/UI space
• Experience with pre-sales activities including demoing solutions, responding to RFPs, and technical capability workshops
• Expertise in modern UX design methods and ability to envision innovative interactions.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Mendix, OutSystems, or similar low-code platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for staying updated on the latest UX trends and technologies.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and mentor team members.
• Domain knowledge in professional services industry a plus.
• Ability to translate complex architecture into compelling presentations and solution designs
• Comfort with public speaking and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences

Education

• Bachelor's or master's Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences and/or Information Technology or related field (master's degree preferred)

Location

• São Paulo office, Brazil

Language

• Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish as a plus
