Buscamos um(a) Business Development Manager (BDM) com perfil altamente proativo, comercial e orientado a crescimento, para atuar diretamente na geração de novos negócios e expansão de receita.
Essa posição é para quem gosta de abrir portas, criar oportunidades do zero, aprender rápido e crescer junto com a empresa. Aqui, protagonismo, autonomia e entrega fazem a diferença.
Principais responsabilidades
- Desenvolver e executar a estratégia de canais e parcerias da West Telco Brasil;
- Gerar novos negócios e novas vendas B2B de forma ativa;
- Prospectar, qualificar e desenvolver oportunidades comerciais;
- Conduzir reuniões, apresentações e negociações comerciais;
- Construir e gerenciar pipeline com foco em crescimento e resultados;
- Trabalhar com metas claras, acompanhamento de performance e forecast;
- Mapear mercado, identificar oportunidades e impulsionar expansão.
O perfil que buscamos
- Mais de 6 anos de experiência em vendas B2B, com histórico comprovado de alcance de metas;
- Experiência com vendas de soluções em tecnologia;
- Perfil hunter, com foco em novas vendas e crescimento;
- Ensino Superior completo;
- Proatividade, autonomia e forte senso de responsabilidade;
- Excelente comunicação, persuasão e capacidade de negociação;
- Orientação total a resultados e metas;
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
Diferenciais
- Expêriencia com desenvolvimento de canais;
- Conhecimento em bancos de dados, SQL e conceitos de tecnologia;
- Vivência com vendas consultivas ou ciclos mais complexos;
- Espanhol intermediário ou avançado.
