Estamos em busca de um(a) Project Manager para integrar nossa área de Operações.

Principais responsabilidades:
  • Aplicar a metodologia da nossa empresa com todos os seus processos e documentos.
  • Apresentar relatórios de avanço dos projetos aos clientes sempre que solicitado, bem como relatórios regulares mensais, trimestrais e anuais à diretoria.
  • Desenvolver a equipe envolvida nos seus projetos tanto no aspecto profissional quanto pessoal, liderando pelo exemplo e com uma postura positiva.
  • Sugerir melhorias nas metodologias, processos e ferramentas utilizadas na gestão de projetos da companhia.
  • Atuar sempre em nome e representação da nossa empresa, cuidando da imagem da marca e da reputação, junto com toda a equipe. Trabalhar em conjunto pelo sucesso do time.
O que buscamos no seu perfil?
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos como PM em projetos de implementação de softwares de gestão (TMS, WMS, ERP). Será um diferencial experiência com soluções de TI para logística e operações.
  • Residir em São Paulo
  • Domínio de metodologias e ferramentas como PMI, Agile ou ITIL (nível avançado). Certificações PMP ou similares serão um diferencial.
  • Desejável conhecimento em logística, distribuição e transporte.
  • Habilidades de comunicação assertiva com stakeholders.
