Primary Purpose of the Position:Support the deployment of business and strategy, development and implementation in the region. Conceptualize and implement effective data solutions that enhance business outcomes. Working cross-functionally, leverage data-driven insights to influence key strategic business decisions.

Drive new initiatives that will help Ball achieve its growth ambitions in the marketplace. Essential Responsible Areas:Drive/participate in/lead Play to Win process for the region and key strategy development processes and meetings.

Develop and drive alignment on key strategic initiatives and business cases needed to win by leveraging strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships. Participate in implementing the region's strategic plan process and generating content for strategic business plans, including supporting the business case process for innovation, investment, prioritization, etc. Support cross-functionally within the region to improve contribution margin, profit, share of wallet and other key success measures with customers.

Lead the risk strategy in collaboration with other key stakeholder functions and facilitate critical prioritized projects. Act as integrator of regional business & commercial strategies and key account strategies. Lead development of internal presentation materials for recurring and ad-hoc business reporting that tell strategic stories grounded in data and facts, including KPIs.

Communicate regional priorities throughout the organization to create internal alignment. Generate presentations, reports, and dashboards that visually display data in a way that makes insights from complex data understandable and usable for the audience. Lead the development and implementation of consistent and repeatable data processes, using business analysis on a variety of strategic topics and questions.

Main Requirements:Completed Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field. Advanced or Fluent Level of English - mandatory. Spanish would be a plus, but not required.

Experience in strategic development for growth around commercial opportunities and prioritization. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, ideally along with knowledge of data visualization tools. Ball Corporation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
