About Our Client :

Our Client is building the leading platform for tokenized real-world assets (RWA), creating a trusted bridge between institutions, DeFi users, and the rapidly scaling crypto economy. With fast growth, strong investor backing, and a dynamic team, solving critical awareness and adoption gaps in the RWA space while scaling its global footprint.

Role Overview :

As a Growth Specialist, you'll lead the company's digital growth strategy across crypto-native channels, SEO, and community platforms. This role combines hands-on execution with data-driven marketing — boosting visibility, driving organic reach, and turning awareness into measurable user growth. You'll be at the forefront of expanding the brand's presence across the crypto ecosystem

Key Responsibilities :

Community & Forum Growth

  • Build and manage active Reddit and forum accounts to share updates and join relevant crypto discussions.
  • Distribute blogs, announcements, and insights naturally within community threads.
  • Monitor feedback and adjust engagement tactics to keep interactions authentic.

SEO & Content Distribution

  • Work with the content team to share and link articles across forums and partner sites.
  • Help improve search visibility through backlinks and keyword strategy.
  • Track SEO performance and make improvements based on results.

Awareness & Education

  • Create clear, engaging stories that explain the company's role in the RWA and crypto space.
  • Develop community-driven campaigns that highlight key value propositions and differentiate from competitors.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Set up tracking links to measure traffic and engagement from community posts.
  • Report weekly on reach, traffic, and conversions.
  • Share insights and suggest improvements based on performance data.

Metrics You'll Be Accountable For

  • Traffic Growth:
    Achieve consistent month-over-month increases in organic and community-driven traffic through Reddit, forums, and other crypto channels.
  • Content Amplification:
    Ensure all new blog and content pieces are shared across relevant communities within 24 hours of publication.
  • CAC Efficiency:
    Track and improve user acquisition costs from organic and community channels.
  • Engagement Metrics:
    Drive measurable clicks and conversions from community posts to company-owned platforms.
  • (Nice to Have) SEO Performance:
    Support search visibility efforts and contribute to ranking improvements over time.

Requirements

Experience We're Looking For :

  • 3–5+ years in growth, digital, or crypto marketing — ideally with a focus on user acquisition and community engagement.
  • Demonstrated success executing crypto-native marketing campaigns across platforms like X (Twitter), Telegram, or other Web3 channels.
  • Strong understanding of DeFi, tokenized assets, and RWA narratives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking toolanding of DeFi, tokenized assets, and RWA narratives (e.g., Google Analytics, UTM tagging, dashboard reporting).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SEO optimization and content distribution.
  • Proven familiarity with Reddit, Discord, or forum-based growth strategies.
  • Knowledge of backlinking, keyword strategy, and community-driven brand amplification.
  • Startup DNA — resourceful, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
