Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and configure a variety of operational systems for promotional activities.
Coordinate effectively with key stakeholders across different departments.
Onboard new assortments and continuously manage existing product listings.
Monitor and analyze channel performance data, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and documentation of operational procedures.
Promptly identify operational issues and collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently.

Position Requirement

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an project coordination, IT or a related role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Demonstrated project management and coordination skills.
High level of computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Advanced spreadsheet skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
