When you join us, you will:
Design and build sophisticated natural language interaction capabilities for our core platform, ARCH, primarily leveraging Python within Jupyter environments and integrating with Go/AI services.
Act as the subject matter expert and architect for RAG solutions, optimizing them for high performance, accuracy, and latency across all agentic workflows.
Collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Software Engineers to operationalize AI/ML models and ensure seamless integration with existing software infrastructure.
Conduct research and prototype new Generative AI and Multi-Agent Coordination/Planning (MCP) techniques to continuously push the boundaries of our intelligent systems.
Develop clear metrics and monitoring dashboards to track the performance and business impact of deployed RAG and Agentic solutions.
What we'd like to see in a candidate:
Must-Have's
Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Strong English communication skills (C1 or C2): Essential for participating effectively in meetings with stakeholders and contributing to high-level discussions within a global team.
Deep familiarity with building production-quality code, utilizing the Jupyter ecosystem for rapid experimentation and delivery.
Practical experience in building AI functions/tools for Large Language Models (LLMs) and understanding the principles of creating specialized agents.
Experience working with or integrating Python-based solutions into backend services written in Go (GoLang) or a similar compiled language.
