Specialist Business Performance Controlling DI LAM
Your role:

  • Responsible for business KPIs setting and performance analysis.
  • Responsible for financial reporting, cost center controlling, assets and free cash flow analysis
  • Responsible for MTA, MBR and FC processes (timeline/country calls/financial presentations/data quality).
  • Develops bottom line monthly executive commentary during the closing process.
  • Performs critical analysis and review on P&L, Balance Sheet, Net Capital Employed and Headcount actual
  • performance and forecast changes.
  • Ensures transparency, analysis and effective communication to internal stakeholders on allocated costs, SG&A,
  • COGS, FCF, Headcount and advise opportunities for productivity improvement.
  • Promotes and influences best practices exchanges, standardized processes, and reporting.
  • Provides transparency and guidance supporting trade-off decisions.
  • Drives key initiatives into the business.
  • Evaluates and drives implementation of digitalization and automation opportunities to streamline and simplify
  • existing workflows.
  • Direct support to DI Heads on executive presentations
