Como 
Customer Success Specialist
, você será o primeiro contato com nossos clientes, com o objetivo de auxiliar no processo de onboarding, apoiar e ajudar no uso da ferramenta, sugerir e analisar estratégias de conversão.

Oportunidade & Atividades
:

  • Trabalhar diretamente com um dos fundadores
  • Aprender de perto como funciona o dia a dia de uma startup em crescimento acelerado.
  • Ajudar na construção do time de Apoio ao Cliente
  • Fazer parte do founding team de uma startup de crescimento acelerado
  • Estruturar estratégias de venda ao lado de grandes marcas
  • Sugerir melhorias em processos internos e na experiência do cliente, tendo voz ativa dentro do time.
  • Construir relacionamento próximo com times internos de Produto, CS e Tech, entendendo o ciclo completo de atendimento e sucesso do cliente
