We are looking for a
LATAM Talent Acquisition Coordinator
to play a key role in building high-performing teams and connecting top talent to our transformational journey across Latin America.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for strategic and complex roles across LATAM, ensuring excellence, agility, and impact.
  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers, providing insights and ensuring a unique candidate experience aligned with Coty's values.
  • Conduct structured interviews and apply modern methodologies to identify talent with both cultural and technical fit.
  • Design and implement creative and inclusive sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate on global and regional Employer Branding and DE&I initiatives.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and share insights to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure effective use of the ATS and compliance with internal policies and local legislation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the direct team, fostering growth and high performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory for regional scope)

  • 7+ years of solid Talent Acquisition experience, with LATAM regional exposure.
  • Strong expertise in competency-based interviewing and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
