3 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicantsAbout UsAt Billor, short for "Bill of Rights," we are building the largest trucking ecosystem in the U.S., dedicated to supporting truck drivers.By combining FinTech, Technology, and Freight Management, we empower drivers to achieve truck ownership and a better quality of life.Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly driven and organized Sales Team Leader to oversee our closing and truck delivery teams.This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from finalizing deals with qualified drivers to ensuring a smooth truck delivery and onboarding process.The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of driving results, improving processes, and aligning both teams toward a seamless and high-converting sales experience.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and support the Closers and Delivery teams to ensure consistent performance and successful deal closuresMonitor sales metrics, delivery timelines, and customer experience KPIsWork closely with Pre-Sales and Management to align goals and optimize the sales funnelReview contracts, ensure all documentation is completed, and coordinate next steps for deliveryIdentify gaps in the closing process and implement strategic improvementsDevelop and execute training sessions, performance reviews, and feedback routinesEnsure that every driver receives proper onboarding and support during the truck delivery processSupport the implementation of commercial campaigns and sales strategiesReport regularly to Sales Management on performance, risks, and improvement opportunitiesRequisitosExperience leading sales teams, especially in closing or final-stage sales operationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailResults-driven, with the ability to manage targets and deadlinesKnowledge of CRM tools and digital sales processesExperience managing delivery or post-sale operational teams is a strong plusFluent English (mandatory)Nice To HaveExperience in transportation, logistics, or truck sales industriesSpanish proficiency (a plus)Familiarity with digital contract management and onboarding platformsBenefíciosOn-site in Joinville, SCHealth and dental planPaid vacationHolidays offParental LeaveWedding LeaveFlash card (supermarket and restaurants)Total PassClude SaúdeAnnual bonus based on both company and individual performanceEligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan)#J-*****-Ljbffr
