Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales or business development
- 6 years of experience in e-commerce or retail industry
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing relationships with customers and agencies in an executive level
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Excellent business acumen, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and a strategic outlook

**Responsibilities**:
- Build and manage relationships with retailers C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Plan for and achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their business objectives.
- Own one or more customer relationships, as the point of contact for joint business plan development, business strategy development, pitching, customer relationship growth, and opportunity sizing.
Fully own opportunities and strategic pitches, and drive activation plans independently.
Plan for and achieve business growth targets expected for the team.
- Influence executive stakeholders, lead C-level pitches, and autonomously develop high-impact strategic narratives.
Exercise comprehensive knowledge of translating client business models/needs into business growth opportunities.
Utilize relationships, internally and externally, offering support and direction to team members.
