Job Title: Key Account Manager
Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee key retail partnerships, drive sales growth, and execute go-to-market strategies across assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major retail partners for optimal business outcomes
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and execution to meet revenue targets through data-driven insights and market analysis
- Supervise and support field sales teams for maximum performance and coverage
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams on promotional strategies and product launches to maximize brand impact
- Ensure timely inventory replenishment, merchandising standards, and in-store execution for seamless customer experiences
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, key performance indicators, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Supervision, preferably in Retail, Technology, or Home Appliances
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to travel as needed for business meetings and presentations
