A challenging opportunity to manage commercial relationships with regional direct accounts in the pharmacy channel.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business plans (JBP), including commercial negotiations, activation of innovations, and promotional calendars.
- Ensure the execution of commercial and trade marketing plans at retail outlets, ensuring the presence, visibility, and rotation of the NIVEA portfolio.
- Manage account finances, including negotiating commercial agreements, controlling commercial investments, and monitoring financial performance analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Previous sales or trade marketing experience in the pharmacy channel or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and BI systems.
- A dynamic and autonomous work environment.
- Frequent travel opportunities.
