Then you could be our new Senior Manager for the MRO Category in the Americas region, leading a team of strategic and tactical procurement professionals, reporting to the Head of Indirect Procurement in Americas.

Global Services Indirect Procurement is responsible for strategic, tactical and operational sourcing activities on behalf of our factories and business areas in North and Latin America covering several hundred million of euro spend across our regional categories
**Responsibilities**:
You have a wide range of contacts both internally with your team, with your colleagues and with other parts of the organization, as well as with your suppliers.
You are driving a common agenda across different business units, where your main tasks will be to:
- Drive the strategic and tactical activities from the MRO Category, as well as the cooperation with the Operations indirect procurement team in the region
- Lead the Category Managers and Vendor Managers in creating solid Category' and Supplier' strategies aligned with the business, as well as creating and driving the pipeline of activities to achieve the Category goals
- Develop your team, and support them in managing the key suppliers for the region
- Drive the Category Management activities for the top supplier in the region
- Closely manage stakeholders to align with the business priorities and support the team in driving their activities
- Drive the pipeline of Supplier Relationship Management, Compliance and Sourcing Forum programs from the Category
The position is based at our Danfoss offices in São Paulo (BR) or Monterrey (MX).
**Background & Skills**:
You have solid experience in managing and developing teams, managing stakeholders and supplier relationships and project managers.
In addition, you are an accomplished negotiator.
Experience from indirect procurement areas and/or category management will be a plus, including knowledge about production and MRO.
The position requires a result-oriented approach, and that you are proactive and have strong communication skills.
