You will oversee our entire value chain, from mineral inputs and field operations to our science engine and technology roadmap.
This senior role combines bold strategy with operational precision to scale our impact.Your role involves refining product-market fit, identifying scalable customer use cases, and leading the integration of deployment, scientific standards, and operational scaling.
You will collaborate closely with our Chief Impact Officer and Head of Operations on regional management and logistics, and with our VP of Science to align field strategy with scientific standards and climate goals.
