With over 1,000 team members around the world, Keeta is in full expansion — and you could be part of this journeyKnow more: Keeta WebsiteAbout the jobDelivery Business Analysis and Performance Management(Brazil)Location: 100% On site - Vila Olimpia, SPJob Responsibilities:1) Develop effective performance management and monitoring systems, promptly and accurately interpret business progress, attribute issues, and provide strategic recommendations;2) Design reasonable performance evaluation systems for frontline teams based on business goals and strategic orientation, drive implementation, and guide support for achieving business objectives;3) Lead special research and performance reviews on key topics, accumulate business insights, and continuously iterate the performance monitoring and evaluation systems.Basic Job Requirements:1) 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis preferred, with experience in operational analysis and target performance management;2) High business acumen, excellent analytical skills, proficient in using data analysis tools like SQL, adept at identifying issues and proposing solutions from data;3) Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively coordinating resources across departments to implement solutions;4) Passion for international business, open-minded, and willing to accept overseas assignments in Brazil.Job Highlights:1) Rapid growth in overseas business with significant development potential;2) Opportunity to participate in building a country's business from scratch, engaging with diverse commercial opportunities and partners;3) High-impact core role, directly involved in business strategy formulation, closely aligned with operations, and strong execution focus.Please upload both your English and Portuguese resumes,thanks
