We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Financial Institutions Partnership Director.In this key position, you will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with major financial institutions in various regions and business lines.Your primary goal will be to enhance our services by providing payment, collection, and other B2B verticals that contribute to merchants' growth.Key Responsibilities:Build strategic partnerships with major financial institutions in respective regions/business linesDevelop and execute channel partnership strategy through identifying potential partners, negotiating, closing partnership deals, implementing, and managing complex partnership engagementsEnsure project deliverables in terms of channel integration and optimization are executed with quality and timelinessReview process gaps, identify areas for improvement, and drive payment optimizationManage partnerships to review success factors and hold periodic meetings to discuss sales & marketing strategies, lead-gen, and new products/featuresResearch business models and compliance policies of overseas funds management practices in local marketsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of working experience in collaboration with local financial institutions or payment channel industriesIn-depth understanding of local regulations and compliance regarding payment businesses and cross-border fund movementsExperience in negotiation and partnership proposal developmentAbility to maintain high efficiency across different countriesSolid interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and analytical skillsHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, enjoying working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
