Responsável pelo suporte à gestão orçamentária, gestão do People Blueprint.
Garantir resultados de acordo com a calendarização orçamentária e submissão de LE, seguindo regras contábeis e políticas de pacotes.
Suporte no processo PTP de ponta a ponta, garantindo que não haja impacto nos negócios devido a problemas de processo.
Apoio em projetos de automação de processos financeiros.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Gestão do Orçamento de Capex;
- Gestão e Engajamento de Equipes;
- Gerenciamento de Blueprint;
- Resultados de fechamento do mês no caminho certo;
- Processo de execução de Cross Charges (item aprovado);
- Suporte ao processo 1YP;
- Apresentação do orçamento ao VCPMO;
- Garantir o processo de LE e revisão;
- Explicações das discrepâncias do OBZ;
- Preparação de material PRP VCPMO;
- Suporte na preparação do material do VP PRP;
- Revisar os materiais PRP dos diretores.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Gestão do OBZ;
- Área financeira ou contábil;
- Gerenciamento de equipe;
- Capacidade analítica;
- Trabalhar em equipe;
- Trabalhar sob pressão;
- Horário flexível;
- Sentido de dono;
- Alta capacidade analítica e de síntese;
- Pronto para novos desafios;
- Priorização de atividades;
- Dinamismo, Flexibilidade e Responsabilidade;
- Flexibilidade para trabalhar com diferentes culturas/fusos horários;
- Foco e Disciplina na implementação da rotina e gestão de riscos;
- Capacidade de fornecer conhecimento do negócio a novos colaboradores/Outras Torres/Zonas;
- Conhecimento do Microsoft Office;
- Desejável conhecimento de Power BI;
- Conhecimento contábil desejado.
