**Resumo da posição**:
Validação das cláusulas comerciais constantes nos contratos de serviços, verificando se as mesmas condizem com a proposta técnico-comercial elaborada pela empresa.
Registro dos Contratos de Serviços no sistema operacional (ERP), bem como suas eventuais revisões, de acordo com os procedimentos internos ativos.
Organização e mantenimento das documentações e registros para fins de auditorias internas e externas.
Interface direta com os clientes internos e externos, estabelecendo uma relação profissional e de parceria para o bom andamento de todo contrato.
**Requisitos obrigatórios**:
- Superior Completo ou Cursando em áreas correlatas à função
- Inglês (desejável)
- Espanhol (desejável)
- Conhecimentos no pacote Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel e SAP
**Escopo da vaga**:
- Análise crítica de pedido ou contrato de clientes para verificar a conformidade com os termos e condições das propostas emitidas e controles internos da RA.
- Registro, acompanhamento e revisão dos Contratos de Serviços no sistema ERP.
- Monitoramento e controle dos faturamentos dos Contratos de Serviços.
- Coletar e analisar documentação de suporte para encerramento de contratos específicos no sistema, de acordo com o processo definido nos controles internos de RA.
- Validar relatórios de entrada de ordens e reconhecimento de receita (Orders e Shipments).
- Ter conhecimento do planejamento de reconhecimento de receita da UN (Shipments Forecast) e apoiar a equipe de Delivery na obtenção dos resultados esperados.
Alertar antecipadamente sobre riscos que possam afetar o reconhecimento e monitorar o backlog.
- Carregamento e monitoramento de boletins de medição em portais de clientes diretos.
- Suporte no processo de criação de requisição de compra (shopping cart) mantendo interação com equipe do GEC e compras.
- Solicitação de notas de crédito.
- Interface com áreas de Vendas, Finanças, Propostas, Fiscal e Controladoria.
- Interface com Distribuidores e clientes diretos, quanto ao faturamento do serviço e outros tópicos administrativos.
