This person will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering bespoke solutions that align with our digital and influencer marketing strategies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with brand clients, agencies, and media partnersIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities across Latin America and beyondPresent and pitch MCN and influencer marketing solutions tailored to client objectivesCollaborate with strategy and content teams to craft winning proposalsNegotiate contracts and close deals that contribute to long-term partnershipsMaintain accurate CRM data and sales forecastingQualifications3+ years of experience in sales or business development in a marketing or media agencyProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsDeep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and influencer marketing trendsStrong presentation and negotiation skillsSelf-starter mentality and team-player spiritFluent in English and Portuguese
