São 6 escritórios, presente nos principais portos do Brasil.ResponsabilidadesAtuar como Customer Service para a equipe Comercial na Filial de Curitiba, buscando contribuir com o crescimento e desenvolvimento da empresa.Realizar atendimento pós-venda, garantindo a eficiência do processo e promovendo a interação entre clientes externos (clientes, agentes e fornecedores) e os departamentos internos, proporcionando um atendimento de excelência e assegurando a rentabilidade conforme a negociação do Comercial.Analisar e tratar alterações no processo/dados de carga pós-vendas (atualização de cotações/recálculo, análise/aceite de determinado tipo de carga e ajuste/atualização em sistema).
Analisar e tratar divergências de valores no processo de venda que envolvam cliente/cotação e/ou agente/invoice e ajuste/atualização em sistema.Organizar e acompanhar a coleta da carga até o porto de embarque (transporte rodoviário LTL/dedicado).
Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Ensino superior em andamento ou completo.Inglês intermediário.Experiência em NVOCC e Agentes de Carga/FFW (Produto Marítimo LCL).
