About Keeta Keeta is the international subsidiary of Meituan , a global giant in the delivery sector, and it's on an ambitious mission: to revolutionize the delivery of food and consumer goods worldwide.Our motto is simple yet powerful: "We help people eat better, live better."Guided by this principle, we bring innovation and technology to the global stage.With over 1,000 team members around the world , Keeta is in full expansion — and you could be part of this journeyKnow more: Keeta WebsiteLocation : 100% on site - Vila Olimpia, SPOverviewWe are looking for a strategic, data-driven professional to lead new user engagement initiatives through targeted segmentation and optimized incentive strategies.This role plays a key part in driving user growth and conversion across digital platforms, with a strong focus on performance analysis, experimentation, and cross-functional execution.Job ResponsabilitiesStrategy and PlanningDevelop annual and quarterly goals and operational plans for new user conversion.Design differentiated conversion strategies based on user registration source, region, and timing.Create incentive schemes such as first-order discounts, limited-time subsidies, and combo packages, and ensure their effective implementation.Campaign Planning and ExecutionPlan exclusive campaigns for new users, such as first-order discounts, first-week offers, and welcome bonuses.Incorporate holiday promotions into marketing campaigns.Coordinate with design, product, marketing, and merchant operations teams to ensure timely campaign launches and optimized user experience.Data Analysis and OptimizationMonitor core metrics related to new user conversion (registration-to-first-order rate, first-order cost, early retention, etc.).Conduct post-campaign reviews, analyze user behavior paths, and identify conversion bottlenecks.Adjust strategies quickly based on data insights and continuously optimize performance.User Insights and SegmentationAnalyze new users' characteristics based on source, preferences, and purchasing power.Develop refined segmentation-based operational plans to improve conversion efficiency across different user segments.Continuously iterate segmentation logic based on market competition and user feedback.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher; preferred majors include engineering, business, or related fields.Fluent in English, with proven ability to communicate effectively across international teams.Experience in traffic operations, content distribution, growth product management, or similar roles within internet platforms.Background in e-commerce, O2 O, or local life services platforms is preferred; experience with local services platforms is a strong plus.Overseas experience in internet product roles is highly valued.Familiarity with in-platform resource management logic and a systematic understanding of user growth funnels.Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI platforms), with strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking.Hands-on experience with traffic distribution strategies, content efficiency evaluation, and A/B testing design.Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills; results-oriented with excellent execution capability.
