Job Title: Business Development Representative (Lead Generation Agency Background + Cold Email)We are hiring on a rolling basis.Please apply ASAP if interested.Open to candidates from all LATAM countries.Company Overview:Our client company is a consulting agency based in the US that helps businesses set up, customize, and optimize HubSpot for sales, marketing, and customer management.They handle everything from migrating data and building automations to training teams and improving processes so clients can work more efficiently and grow revenue.Work Schedule:Part-time (20 hours per week, 4 hours/day, PST AM hours)Role Overview:We are looking for a high-performance BDRwho specializes in outbound lead generation through cold email and.As an Appointment Setter/BDR, you will be responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel by researching target companies, executing high-volume outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings.Responsibilities:Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and other toolsResearch and segment leads by industry, role, and buying intentExecute cold email and outreach campaigns to generate qualified leadsRunA/B testsonmessaging, subject lines, and sequences to improve reply ratesWrite persuasive outbound copy that sounds human, not spammyQualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the FounderCollaborate on outreach strategy and continuously improve campaign performanceRequired English Level:C1 or aboveQualifications:2–3 years of experience in a Lead Generation Agencyis a mustExperience withcold email and outreachisrequiredFamiliarity withHubSpot CRM or similar CRMsAble tobuild lists and run outreach sequencesusing tools like Apollo, Clay, or LemlistStrong strategy skills insegmentation, targeting, and personalizationSolid copywriting ability—knows how to write messages that get repliesAnalytical and metrics-driven (experience improving campaign metrics like open/reply rates)Strong English writing and communication skills (C1 or above)Preferred Qualifications:Lead Generation Agency work experience.Compensation:Payment in USD or local currency, depending on the candidates' preference.
