Team Overview and Job responsibilities:- We are looking for an experienced Product Manager.Roles & Responsibilities:- To gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, trends, optimization opportunities and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.- To identify customer needs and more prominent business objectives for a particular project.- To develop product plans, roadmaps and business cases.- To work closely with R&D team to deliver with quick time-to-market.- To act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.- To work together with Marketing and Sales teams to drive product launches.- To visit customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.- In collaboration with Pricing and Sales Teams, to develop product pricing and positioning strategies- To work on competitiveness analysis and market data including prices, costs and dynamic of product costs evolution.- To scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.- To lead the product project management - Coordination with Pricing, R&D, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operation/Logistics and Quality to achieve the milestones and project objectives.- To assist sales team and customers on product technical support, product documents/presentations and homologations.- To identify ways to track product use and impact on end users.- Participation in exhibition fairs, seminars and technical forums.Who are we looking for?- Previous experience with of power electric products management.- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.- Work effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.- Be able to handle technical presentations for different product lines.Good communication and organizational skills.- Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group's success.Prysmian Group is committed to the development of an organization that prioritizes talent, where people feel respected, appreciated and free to fully express their human potential.Prysmian Group strongly believes that diversity drives meritocracy and brings significant value at all levels of the organization, increases the possibility of capturing market opportunities and maximizing value for our customers and shareholders.Prysmian Group bases its decisions on principles of equality, with evaluations based on the type of position and with a focus on best practices so individuals succeed based on their efforts and skills and their alignment with applicable job requirements._
