NET Support Technical Lead (Portuguese Fluent)Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hibrid)ResponsibilitiesLead a team of NET support engineers providing L2 L3 application supportManage incident and service request queues ensuring SLAs are metInvestigate and resolve complex production issues across NET applicationsPerform root cause analysis and recommend longterm solutionsCoordinate with development QA and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operationsContribute to performance tuning and optimization of NET applications and databasesParticipate in release management and deployment planningMaintain documentation for supported systems and processesGuide the team in following ITILbased support practicesMentor junior team members and drive knowledgesharing sessionsQualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field10 years of experience in NET technologies C ASPNET MVC Web APIStrong troubleshooting skills and experience in application support rolesExperience with SQL Server and performance tuning techniquesFamiliarity with tools like Azure, Dev Ops, JIRA, Service Now or similar ticketing systemsKnowledge of cloud services preferably Azure is a plusExcellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in Agile and ITIL environmentsExposure to NET Core and containerization Docker KubernetesExperience with monitoringlogging tools like App Insights ELK or SplunkPrior experience in managing onshoreoffshore support teamsLTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
