As a seasoned ServiceNow Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's technology landscape.This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with diverse technical teams and drive strategic initiatives forward.Key Responsibilities:Configure and optimize ServiceNow APM to effectively manage application and technology portfolios.Ensure seamless alignment between APM and CSDM standards, supporting accurate service mapping and application service configuration.Utilize SAM and Discovery data to enrich application metadata and strengthen service maps.Provide valuable insights into technical debt and contribute to leadership-driven roadmap planning.Ensure smooth module compatibility and support the latest ServiceNow upgrade.Required Skills & Experience:At least 8 years of overall IT experience, with strong enterprise-level exposure.4–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM.Proven expertise with ServiceNow SAM and Discovery modules.Ability to configure Application Services and build comprehensive Service Maps.Experience working with the latest ServiceNow release/upgrade.Excellent communication and documentation skills, with fluency in English.
