Job Title: Back-Office Support SpecialistAre you a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in Murex back-office functionalities?

We are seeking a highly skilled Back-Office Support Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for resolving daily user issues, liaising with internal teams, and developing requirements based on given streams and resolution needs.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities, including Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flows, interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle.
You will also need strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Responsibilities:Resolve daily back-office user issues with functional and technical supportLiaise with internal teams to resolve issues and implement necessary enhancementsDevelop requirements based on given streams and resolution needsManage daily tasks to complete application support deliverablesContribute to support groups' efforts in resolving requests or issuesRequirements:3+ years of hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalitiesExperience with Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flows, interfaces, and Trade Life CycleStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization skillsGood product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQDUnderstanding of P&L concept and its componentsWhat We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environmentOpportunities for growth and developmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageApply Now if you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge.
