OverviewCustomer Support Regional Specialist role at Munters.Munters FoodTech is seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Support Regional Specialist to join our team in Brazil.The Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients within a designated region, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with other departments and HQ to ensure customer satisfaction.The role includes analyzing regional customer service trends, providing insights for improvement, and helping implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction: Handle dealers and customer inquiries via Zendesk CRM as the main tool, and if needed via phone, email, and chat, promptly and professionallyResolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and providing the best solutionFollow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the resolutionEscalate unresolved issues to higher management or HQ department as neededRegional FocusUnderstand the unique needs and challenges of customers in the assigned regionAdapt customer support strategies and communication styles to align with regional cultural and linguistic differencesMonitor and report on regional customer service metrics and trendsWork closely with regional sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer serviceCollaborate with the global customer support team to share best practices and align on company-wide customer support standardsParticipate in cross-functional meetings to discuss dealers and customer feedback and improvement strategiesDocumentation and ReportingMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in the company's CRM systemGenerate regular reports on regional customer service activities, highlighting KPIs, challenges, and successesProvide feedback to management on potential improvements to products, services, or customer support processesStay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed supportIdentify opportunities to improve customer support processes and contribute to the development of new strategies and toolsParticipate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and regional expertiseStart Date and CompensationStart date: ASAP.Compensation: Negotiable.QualificationsBachelor's degree in electricity, Electronics, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a regional roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailFamiliarity with CRM software and customer service toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse customer basesProficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plusPreferred Skills and ConditionsExperience in the farming industry, poultry or swine is a big advantageKnowledge of regional market trends and customer behaviorAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentTravel within the region may be required; flexible working hours may be necessarySeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCustomer Service and ManufacturingIndustriesIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing and Agriculture, Construction, Mining Machinery ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Munters.Get notified about new Customer Support Specialist jobs in Pato Branco, Paraná, Brazil.#J-*****-Ljbffr
