Empresa de grande porte busca um(a) Head de Vendas B2 B para liderar e executar a estratégia comercial nacional de um negócio baseado em modelo de receita recorrente , com foco em crescimento sustentável e excelência comercial. A posição terá papel estratégico no desenvolvimento e maturação dos canais internos de vendas , especialmente Key Accounts , além da liderança de gestores de canais internos e externos em âmbito nacional. Principais responsabilidadesDefinir e executar a estratégia comercial B2 B (indústria, serviços, comércio e hotelaria);Liderar e desenvolver líderes de vendas de canais internos e externos;Impulsionar crescimento de receita recorrente, aumento de ticket médio, retenção e LTV;Estruturar modelo de cobertura comercial, metas, KPIs e rituais de gestão;Garantir excelência na execução comercial, governança de CRM e previsibilidade de resultados;Atuar de forma integrada com Marketing, Operações, Customer Success e Financeiro;Desenvolver talentos e fortalecer uma cultura de alta performance orientada a dados. Perfil desejadoExperiência sólida como Head de Vendas ou posição equivalente em negócios B2 B;Vivência comprovada em modelos de receita recorrente (Saa S, locação ou serviços);Forte experiência em estruturação e escala de Key Accounts e canais internos;Experiência na liderança de líderes;Formação superior completa (Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas);Inglês fluente (espanhol desejável);+10 anos de experiência profissional, com forte atuação em gestão comercial;Conhecimento em CRM (Salesforce ou similar) e estratégias de up-selling e cross-selling.
