We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
You should thrive in dynamic environments, be detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems with autonomy and responsibility.
You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.
The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.
ResponsibilitiesFocus on Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.Collaborate with and support business needs of clients, including direct communication when needed.Contribute to a culture of autonomy, learning, and taking on diverse tasks.Engage in a hybrid work setting in Florianópolis with English-language communication.
What do I need to have to apply for this position?
