You model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check-adjust cycle and provide coaching and training for your team.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets; understand losses and take action to eliminate them.Use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development.Ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed; allocate resources during the shift.Lead shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions, loss analysis and breakdown elimination.QualificationsAutonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systemsMaintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including AM & PM standards on dedicated equipmentTotal productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3Leading line teamsHandling challenging interpersonal situations tactfullyInfluencing people in a union environmentCommunicating effectively verbally and in writing and good attention to detailAbout Mondelez BrasilMondelez Brasil is Mondelez International's fourth largest operation in the world, with approximately 7,500 employees proudly producing, selling and distributing some of the most beloved brands of chewing gum, candies, powdered beverages, cream cheeses, chocolates, cookies and desserts in Brazil.
