- This position will be based in Brazil._
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Planning, analysis and report of people budget and HR costs (total compensation)
- Headcount and expenses simulations and scenarios elaboration
- Perform payroll analysis making sure accuracy of data reported in monthly financial closing
- Bonus and Shares provision and analysis
- HR Process and system's automation (support for systems implementation and integrations)
- Maintenance and improvement of tools for people data visualization and analysis (BI)
- Support investor's questionnaires for due diligence
- Comply with SOX requirements
- Preparation of executive presentations to partners / leaders (monthly forecast, HR demographic decks and others)
- Support for Business Partners (goals, simulations, analysis, people problem solving)
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Economics or Administration
- Performance in dynamic and complex markets/segments (Growing Multinationals, Financial Market Companies, Global Consultancies)
- Experience in managing complex multi-currency People Budgets / People Planning and interacting with FP&A, Accounting and Technology areas
- Experience with HR Process and Systems
- Finance and Accounting expertise
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power Point
- Advanced / Fluent English and Spanish
- Knowledge in Power BI and Oracle (HCM, EPM, PBCS, People Planning)
- Working with high-level executives / Management
