The ideal candidate is experienced with Amadeus and corporate travel management to support our global clients during night shifts.Main ResponsibilitiesManage bookings for flights, hotels, and car rentals via Amadeus and other tools.Handle client requests, changes, and special services via WhatsApp and email.Process exchanges, refunds, EMDs, and monitor itineraries proactively.Support VIP and C-level travelers with high-touch, discreet service.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.RequirementsExperience in luxury or corporate travel.Strong experience with Amadeus GDS (Air module) - Advanced level(An Amadeus Test will be conducted to verify level of proficiency)Background in TMCs, agencies, or airlines.Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
