To support their activities, they are seeking a Personal Assistant who is eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities.
About the Role
As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO, providing day-to-day support across both administrative and lifestyle-related tasks.
This is an entry-level opportunity well-suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow in a dynamic international setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
Assist with personal and professional errands, tasks, and projects
Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal teams and external contacts
Support in preparing documents, notes, and presentations as needed
Ensure smooth coordination of daily priorities and commitments
Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and vendor coordination
Requirements
Entry-level role; some prior administrative, coordination, or assistant experience is a plus but not mandatory
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Professional communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
High level of discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
