The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.ResponsibilitiesProactive involvement in hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative tasks.Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and align on process improvements.Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and candidates.Support onboarding and related administrative activities as needed.QualificationsMust-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.Nice-to-haves: Experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree; soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.Compensation and BenefitsAs a contractor (PJ), you will have: Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months); opportunity to move between teams; speak in English with coworkers; 2 weeks of paid leave per year; national holidays; paid parental leave; paid marriage leave; all expenses paid for training, conferences, and online courses; remote work; health care plan.Application InstructionsSubmit your CV to ensure it contains your LinkedIn account.
