About this RoleThis is a specialized operations role focused on talent management.It involves coordinating all candidate-related tasks, ensuring smooth communication and onboarding processes.The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities:Operational Execution: Manage all candidate-related tasks, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring timely onboarding.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates and handoffs to internal stakeholders while keeping candidates informed about next steps and feedback.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implement automation solutions.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Effectively prioritize tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain consistent productivity under high-volume conditions.Organization & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency across all processes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in operations within digital business or talent operations.Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, ability to manage databases, and process reports.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both candidates and internal stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.What We Offer:A collaborative and supportive work environment.An opportunity to work with top talent from leading companies.Competitive compensation and flexible working hours.
