scheduling technical and client interviews; conducting non-technical interviews; coordinating availability; negotiating rates; and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.Stakeholder Communication : Provide clear, timely updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings while keeping candidates informed, engaged, and aware of next steps and feedback throughout the process.Data Analysis & Reporting : Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high operational standards.Process Optimization : Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience, develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management : Manage large candidate pipelines daily by effectively prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining consistent productivity and quality under high-volume conditions.Organization & Documentation : Maintain structured, accurate, and up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency across all processes.Compliance & Risk Management : Adhere to company policies, process playbooks, and quality standards, while supporting audits and reporting efforts to ensure full compliance with organizational and industry regulations.Adaptability & Collaboration : Operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments by switching contexts seamlessly, collaborating across global time zones, and maintaining accountability and clear communication to meet deadlines.QualificationsEducation : Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field.Experience : 3–6 years at Operations within digital business, or Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, at a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Analytical Skills : Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards);
