Manufacturing Excellence (MEX) is a key player to enable performance in all our Product Supply (PS) Latam operations and functions.

**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
- Develop onePSS non-manufacturing strategy and framework for PS Latam in close collaboration and alignment to regional functions, Global partners and other regions;
- Create a regional implementation roadmap for regional PS leadership and functions, and lead implementation in the region with close collaboration of leadership team and functional areas;
- Define functional resources required for proper program development supported by a robust governance to guarantee onePSS evolution and sustainment;
- Connect strategics projects and processes to onePSS non-manufacturing activities, aligning concepts and reshaping way of working where is required;
- Establish robust network with Global Operational Excellence, regional leadership team and functional partners to develop and/or align onePSS concepts, develop a framework for non-manufacturing implementation;
- Develop and lead non-manufacturing onePSS/practices communities in the regional level to enhance best practices and program identity.
Foment also external benchmarking activities;
- Act as a local MEX business partner for non-manufacturing areas, establishing connection to build and deliver solutions through the Digital Manufacturing, Reliability & Integrity, Packaging and Experts teams;
- Coach Lean/6S programs and Continuous Improvement initiatives in close collaboration with onePSS peers/coordinators and optimization teams, and promote functional teams training and development;
- Provide guidance and alignment on the timelines and cost for onePSS implementation program and sustain, close to regional functions and Global EMEX;
- Coordinate change management strategies & process fostering network across the PS organization to support cultural mindset and readiness for new/changing operations.
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?
**
- Engineering/Administration degree or comparable education (required);
- Experience in production system and continuous improvement methodologies in non-manufacturing areas is preferred, as well as Lean/6 Sigma Qualification (required);
- Experience in End-to-End Supply Chain operations (required);
- Strategic thinking, ability to understand and design process, engage people around a purpose;
- Open-mind for experimentation, strong in cross functional collaboration;
- Strong leadership skills (cross functional, cross cultural);
- Ability to interface all levels of the organization and to influence without authority, outstanding change management skills;
- Local and international travel availability;
- Fluent in English, Portuguese (required);
- Spanish desirable.
