OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Our team is a passionate group from diverse backgrounds, united by the conviction that digital assets can democratize access to the global economy.Our core values are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial servicesThe OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, while also helping end users who need assistance.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment and able to work with high motivation, dependability, and experience in a fast-moving team.You will collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.The ideal candidate communicates well, learns quickly, and seeks a supportive environment to grow IT skills.This role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesYou will be customer-facing and provide first-line support via channels such as Slack and Jira.You will be the go-to for troubleshooting, macOS enterprise integration, and end-user assistance.You will procure and deliver technology equipment and own the onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.You will design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.You will support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).You will manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).You will own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).You will document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.You will manage incidents and issues to resolution and prioritize help desk tickets.You will work on projects over sprints and document work in Jira, applying agile methods.You will set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring To Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.Experience with open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta.Experience working with APIs and integrating systems.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping and customs.Strong communication skills across all media; ability to explain concepts clearly and empathetically.Excellent written communication for tickets, email, and Slack.Clear, friendly, concise writing; culturally sensitive.A genuine desire to provide a magical experience for others; strong security mindset and knowledge of PGP.Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching) and OSI model troubleshooting.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and align work across multiple teams;
