OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Our team is a diverse group united by the conviction that digital assets can democratize access to the global economy and Ledn's products and services can play a critical role in doing so.Our core values are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are building, innovating and transforming financial services and invite you to join us."The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is eager to help end users who need assistance.You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will work with a fast moving, execution-oriented team and collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner who seeks a supportive environment to grow their IT skills and expertise.This role reports to the Director of IT.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.Ability to utilize open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta.Knowledge of APIs and integrating systems, with remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all media; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and help users calmly and effectively.Strong writing skills for tickets, email and Slack communications.Experience designing, testing, building and documenting programs, policies and tools, and contributing improvements to existing knowledge bases.Experience managing SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc., and Mac endpoint/Mobile Device Management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf).Experience with identity management, IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta).Ability to set and document solutions, automate routine tasks, and manage incidents to completion.Ability to work in Jira and apply agile methods and sprints;
