- What you will be doing
- The main attributions are related to provide support to customers (internal and external), receiving their requests about booking, quote, tracking, pickup and delivery schedule and general information, for domestic movements in Brazil, considering World Courier systems, policies, and procedures.
It is also responsibility keep in touch with agents, in case of any issues with service requested.
Verify and identify options and alternatives to attend customer requirements and process internally.
Primary Responsibilities-
- Create jobs in system for pick up ´s and domestic movements- Provide support to quotes- Verify information about restrictions in acceptance of products for transport- Verify and provide documents required for the domestic transport and include in World Courier systems any digitalized document that is necessary- Monitor system and receive information from drivers or agents about pickup and delivery hours to update system, also provide any feedback or information that is required by them for a shipment movement.
- Contact customer and schedule pick-up ´s and deliveries- Insert all information, extra charges and details in system un order to have the correct invoicing process.
- Monitor system for any notes or communication included and that requires a feedback/action- Communicate with operations in order to identify the best routing/option before send a shipment to destination to attend the deadlines and requirements by customer.
- Follow World Courier procedures, working instructions and process.
- Provide to customers temperature reading according with relevant procedure.
- Participate and collaborate in the implementation process of Customer or Area projects- Provide reports related to the Area- Participate in CAPA process, writing and contributing with preventive actions- Participation in customer meetings and verification of their needs- Check invoicing and closure in system.
- In addition to the tasks described above, the employee of this function must carry out other duties assigned by his immediate superiors or within the company hierarchy, whenever these tasks are directly or indirectly related to his area of activity.
Reports Directly to: The Customer Service Analyst - Domestic is subordinate
to the Customer Service Supervisor and in his absence to the Customer Service Manager, or even to the higher hierarchy of these functions.
What your background should look like
Required: Fully graduated or studying college in the Business, Logistics or International Relationship area.
At least 2 year in customer service (transport companies) experience.
- English Skills (intermediate).
Preferred: Fully graduated in Business or Logistics.
English Skills (advanced).
