Our role in this specific opportunity is to connect outstanding candidates with a top-tier employer.ResponsibilitiesAssist project team on projects and assignmentsDemonstrate proficiency in the use of project management technology as required for assigned projectsDevelop scope and schedule for assigned projectsCoordinate activities of subcontractors and manage minor renovation projects up to 25K square feet with minimal oversightEnsure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of client and project requirementsQualificationsMinimum 2 years in a Coordinator or Business Support roleBasic knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industryStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive-level internal and external clientsOrganizational and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing business needsProficiency in Microsoft OfficePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction ManagementPrevious experience in project-based workKnowledge of MS ProjectsBenefitsSalary up to $95,000 per yearOpportunity for career advancement and growth within the organizationWork remotely from anywhere within the continental U.S.Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with matching contributions, medical, dental, and vision carePaid parental leave at 100% of salarySupportive culture that prioritizes mental, physical, and emotional health
