ResponsibilitiesAs a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.Inform candidates about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates.Coordinate with the global recruitment team and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics for consultants.Plan and execute work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Support employees with visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements and related relocation needs.Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
Please ensure this is documented in your CV.A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, and ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.Resilient and persistent with the ability to handle a "no" and continue to strive for success.Executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers; responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Extent & DurationStart ASAP.
Full-time.
Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Minimum 12 months.
Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.LocationYou will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.EconomyRemuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
Free national holidays, with maintained payment.
20 paid vacation days.
