Lifecycle Marketing SpecialistLocation: Latam (Remote)About the RoleWe're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and optimize campaigns that drive user engagement, monetization, and retention.You'll own the execution of push notifications, in-app messages, and email marketing using tools like MoEngage and Purchasely, while working closely with Product and Engineering to deliver highly personalized lifecycle journeys.Success in this role over the first 3-6 months will mean:Launching and maintaining multiple lifecycle campaigns with accurate targeting and triggersImproving key engagement and retention metrics through A/B testing and segmentationDelivering consistent campaign performance reports with actionable insightsBuilding strong cross-functional partnerships to execute promotions and paywall strategiesKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives for user engagement and monetizationBuild, test, and deploy campaigns across push, in-app, and email channelsMaintain MoEngage campaigns, including testing, deployment, and tracking resultsWork with Engineering to set up attributes and triggered events for campaignsSupport user journey mapping and personalization by profileContribute to monetization strategies, promotions, and win-back campaignsOptimize performance via segmentation, surveys, and A/B testingProduce weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendationsCoordinate campaign assets, briefs, copy, templates, and segmentation listsStay current with new marketing technologies and capabilitiesRequirementsBased in Latin America with C1C2 English fluencyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field1+ year in Lifecycle or Growth MarketingHands-on experience with mobile CRM platforms (MoEngage, CleverTap, or Braze)Strong copywriting, organizational, and project management skillsExperience working closely with Product and Engineering on lifecycle triggersAbility to interpret customer data for targeted campaignsDetail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with Purchasely or similar monetization toolsFamiliarity with paywall strategies and in-app monetization tacticsStrong analytical skills for campaign optimizationCompensation & LogisticsFull-timeAligned with U.S. Eastern Time working hoursCompany OverviewVisual Blasters is a creative technology company building engaging digital experiences.We value innovation, collaboration, and a user-first mindset.You'll be joining a team passionate about delivering fun, impactful products to millions of users worldwide.Job description created by latamcent.com, a nearshore staffing agency#J-*****-Ljbffr
