This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.
You'll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.Submit your CV in English – we can only consider applications submitted in this language.Responsibilities (highlights)Support hiring and talent hunting activities, people operations, and administrative processes.Communicate with clients and team members to understand business needs.Contribute to processes that improve efficiency and accuracy in HR operations.What you need to applyMust-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree.Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.Contract terms and benefitsAs a Contractor (PJ), you will have: Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months).
